“Spain is one of my favorite regions of the world, as far as culinary influence is concerned. Tradition and beautiful ingredients from the land, and the sea come together to create a cuisine unlike any other. We have partnered with Margaret and Maxwell- A Wine Salon, to bring this unique taste of the Mediterranean to Asheville just for one evening, at the Princess Anne Hotel. Let us delight your taste buds with our modern and artistic take on traditional Spanish cuisine. The wines for this event have been meticulously procured by Todd and Paula at the Margaret and Maxwell Wine Salon located in the heart of historic Biltmore Village, to assist us in bringing a taste of the Spanish lifestyle into our dining room.
